Trumpeter Swans at Gallup Park with Detroit Bird Alliance

Join Washtenaw Audubon and Detroit Bird Alliance as we partner to find and learn all about Trumpeter Swans. We will explore other waterfowl on and around Geddes Pond at Gallup Park. This is always a fun event where we get to meet up with our fellow birders from Detroit to see and learn about this amazing species.
Directions: We will meet in main Gallup parking lot near the livery. Pull into Gallup Park and it’s the first lot with parking on both sides.

All are welcome and encouraged to join us. New to birding? Bird curious? No binoculars? No problem! There is no better way to learn than to get out in the field with experienced birders that love to help. Plus, you get to meet awesome people. Absolutely everyone is welcome and encouraged to come out. We will have many pairs of quality binoculars on hand for anyone to use.
