Washtenaw Bird & Nature Alliance seeks a new President who is willing to commit their skills and leadership to the highest possible impact toward our mission, following the upcoming retirement of our current President in Spring 2025. This is an unpaid volunteer position, for two-year terms commencing in July 2025, eligible for renewal – all in accordance with our Constitution and Bylaws. A diversity of perspectives and skills within the board leadership is important. In particular, we welcome candidates with varying levels of birding expertise.
In addition, every two years, WBNA seeks the re-election of all Board Officers (including Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary). The current Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary intend to put their names forward for re-election, though interested applicants are encouraged to apply for all positions.
